Domus and Insula 3 nights minimum

A Night in Rome doesn't offer a weekly cleaning service.

For weekly (or longer) stay we usually give you an extra set of bed linen & towel but if you are interested in having a cleaning service you can e mail us and we'll be happy to provide.

Rates are in Euro and include all utility usage, final cleaning, towel & bed linen.

Prices may increase up to 20% during Christmas and the Easter week

For booking is required a deposit 20% of the total reservation amount

The apartments are rented on a standard Italian tourist rental contract to sign at your arrival (contratto di locazione turistico).
